Pyrite pseudomorphs after pyrrhotite, with pyrite xtls (pyritohedral), quartz micro crystals, and massive sphalerite. The main plates are intact, with a few smaller, side ones being only partial.
Specimen was collected in the 1960's or 70's.
To display the specimen as shown, it will probably require a small easel to hold it in this position.
Size approx 3 1/2" across max. dimension. Pyritohedrons to 1/4" and flat xtln plates to 5/8".
